Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re so grateful for your support and want to be fully transparent about how and when your order will arrive.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted in the top header on our homepage. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: during peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping method and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Your order will arrive via USPS or Fedex.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once your package has left our hands.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@twogalsboutique.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
